Terms and Conditions

*The properties are rented within the dates established in the reservation and the arrival and departure times must be respected. 

*Agreed rental amounts are determined based on rental seasons, dates, property availability and number of people. 

*The number of people cannot exceed the agreed number. The arrival of an additional person must be approved in advance by Baladi Rentals and is subject to the maximum occupancy of the house and approval by the owner, and may incur an additional charge per person. 

*No other people or visitors are allowed to enter the house during the day or at night without prior permission.

*Social norms, outstanding national and municipal legal morals must be adhered to and Renters and/or Guests agree to adhere to all house rules. 

*The properties must be used for the purposes indicated in the respective contract and must not commit any act that disturbs the tranquility or compromises the security, stability, maintenance, conservation, health, condition or good name of the property. 

*In the event that a deposit is required, it will be to guarantee the payment of all damages, losses, indemnities, violations of the terms of the reservation, or penalties for misuse of the rented property. 

*The cancellation of the reservation does not generate a refund of the payment made for it. *The Renter and/or Guest must provide a list of the names and identification numbers of all the people to enter the houses before arrival, as well as the time of arrival. 

*At the end of the term of the contract, the possession of the house will be returned by the Tenants and/or Guest to Baladi Rentals.
